The 4th Annual Washington D.C. International Horror Film Festival is accepting free submissions for short films submitted between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.
The Spooky Movie Film Festival accepts all types of films, from shorts to features - slasher, monster, zombies, ghosts, ghouls, terror, chiller, suspense, comedy - music videos, cartoons, documentaries, experimental, foreign language and trailers. The goal is to present a festival that is as diverse as possible. The Spooky Movie Film Festival excels at challenging the concept of what a horror film festival should
screen, with a wide variety of selections from the underground.
This is currently a non-competitive festival. All filmmakers are celebrated. The goal is to get all shorts and features seen by the public.
